Refund policy

Returns
First of all, thank you for your business! We always hope you love your order, but we understand that sometimes things just don't work out! This is what you need to know when making a return:

  • All items are to be return shipped to our address:

  • All returns must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt of your item. 
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We suggest using a shipping option that provides you a tracking number, as we are not responsible for any lost or missing packages. 

The following items are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return:

  • Jewelry/Accessories
  • Eyewear and Hair Accessories
  • Any discounted merchandise

Any item that is being returned must be in their original condition with all original tags attached. Unworn, unwashed, and free from smoke, make-up, deodorant, and perfume. 

Refunds
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit within 2 business days of us receiving your item(s). You will be contacted via email when your return has been processed. 

       All returned orders will be given store credit only.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded in the form of store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. 

Exchanges 
Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee the item you are trying to exchange will be available when your return reaches us.

If you are needing to exchange, you can do so in the following ways:

  • Reorder the item in the size you need and send the original back to us for refund. 
  • Send the item back and let us know you would like a store credit for the return and use the credit to repurchase the correct size you would like.


Shipping

  • All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • All US shipping addresses will have a flat rate shipping fee of $6.99*. Orders over $100 will ship for free!
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your delivery date
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and shipping

*Some items may require an additional shipping charge due to weight and breakable status.
